International, feel immense pleasure to disclose that we were the first and foremost manufacturer and exporter of Dried Pet Food (Dried Animal By Products) from India who started this business sometimes during early 80s and now become one of the leading companies producing Natural Organic Dried Dog Food and Leather Pet Chews including pressed bones, chew sticks, munchies and a plenty of novelties. The major drawback to work with us is to get fresh and quality material all the times because we are having our own Integrated Meat Processing Plant alongside of our processing unit that helps us to be on top of the other producers of such merchandise. Certification We have been certified by and enrolled with the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), governed by Ministry of Commerce, Government of India to export such products from India to anywhere all around the globe. We have also been certified/registered with FDA (Food & Drugs Administration) & USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and are allowed to export to the United States of America as well.

Facilities We hold a well setup and an ultramodern infrastructure to produce high quality pet food / chew products and ensure to maintain an international hygienic standard during the entire process of production from the handling of raw material to the packing of finished products. We take all the precautions to ensure the avoidance of any contamination from outside or any cross contamination from the products itself.

Automation : In order to minimize the delay in packing, we imported a German packing machine which automates the process of Metal Detection, Weighing, Packing, Sealing & Stamping. The overall automatic process may take less than the half of the time being taken by manual process. Quality Control An optimal set of safety measures are followed up according to the standard quality norms lay down by the most renowned quality control authorities. The following are a few of those quality control steps :

• Metal Detectors : Sometimes during wandering, the bovine animal (our root of raw material) swallow a few metal contents like nails, wires and pins etc. along with their food and after sometime that goes blunt and black in their stomach which is truly indigestible and that is not possible for human eyes to detect those metallic content inside the slaughtered animal.In order to overcome from this situation, an adequate number of metal detectors are installed at each stage of production and packing to eliminate the chances of the presence of metal content inside the dog food which could inadvertently harm the dogs while they eat their food.
• Gamma Irradiation : A nontoxic gamma irradiation process is being applied having a dosage of 810 KGy to each and every containers being shipped out from our warehouse in order to eliminate the chances of bacterial infection. However, a few countries dont allow the goods to be gamma irradiated and we honor those applicable laws for that particular importing country.
• Random Samples Analysis : In order to authenticate the effect of Gamma Irradiation, a sample analysis is being applied to a few random bags taken out from the cartons through SGS, India. SGS retain those bags for upto 06 months to crosscheck the result again after a specific point of time.
• Fumigation : In addition to Gamma Irradiation and Samples Analysis, still there is a probability of the goods to be contaminated by pests externally during transit and for which, we undertake a fumigation process to be applied to the empty container through SGS, India with the help of Methyl Bromide having a dosage of 32g / m3 for atleast a period of 24 hours. However, it is made sure that gas is properly ventilated in the air after fumigation before stuffing the goods into container.

Processed Meat Main Page It is of our extreme pleasure to let you know that we are one of the leading producers and exporters of Frozen / Chilled Halal Buffalo & Sheep Meat from India. We are allowed to slaughter 700 buffalos and 500 Sheep per day having a production of 125 Mt Frozen & 225 Mt Chilled Meat per day. We supply approximately 100 refrigerated containers of 40 foot every month across the globe. Our group policy is to retain our quality and commitments all the times to serve customers the best what they deserve and what they expect from us. We dont compromise at any stage of the overall process of production and packing to ensure the full return to our valued buyers who have deep conviction with us. Our infallible quality control system and accompanying infrastructure facilitates us to sustain the consistency during the global course of industrial accomplishments.

Certification

• APEDA : We have been certified by and enrolled with the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), governed by Ministry of Commerce, Government of India to export Meat & Meat Products from India to anywhere all around the globe subject to the relevant or required approvals of corresponding importing countries.
• SGS (India) : The plant is certified for Quality Management System ISO 22000:20050 and Food Safety Management System (HACCP/Codex Alimentarius System) by SGS India Pvt. Ltd. that facilitates us to perform each and every task according to the International Quality Standard fixed by the experts.
• JAMIATULMAHIND : A Halal certificate has been issued to us by a supervisory institution called Jamiat Ulama E Hind which testifies that we perform the slaughter according to the Islamic ritual Halal which is mandatory for all the importing countries.

Facilities We hold a well setup and an ultramodern infrastructure to produce high quality pet food / chew products and ensure to maintain an international hygienic standard during the entire process of production from the handling of raw material to the packing of finished products. The slaughter house has the capacity to Slaughter 900-1000 Buffalo and 600-700 sheep per day.The total Chiller Capacity is 265 MT. The plant has 05 nos. of Blast Freezers and 04 nos. of Plate Freezer for freezing meat yielding a total of 130 MT as frozen material per day.   In addition to these facilities, the plant is equipped with latest Microprocessor based Refrigeration Plant and a separate Electrical Feeder along with Diesel Generator for power supply as a source for standby power. Plant is equipped with a fully functional effluent treatment plant for treating blood, effluent and waste water. Plant is also equipped with its own Rendering plant setup by an Australian company to process Bones & Waste. All HALAL operations/practices are being certified & supervised by Jamiat Ulama E Hind, Lucknow in order to ensure that the slaughter is being done according to the wellknown Islamic Method Halal. 
• Brands Our products are marketed under our brands of AlJazar and Shahd which is very popular in Middle East and African Countries. 
• Quality Control An optimal set of safety measures are transcribed according to the prevailing characteristics laid down by the most renowned quality control authorities to ensure the avoidance of any contamination from outside or any cross contamination from the products itself. A well qualified team of veterinarians is appointed to perform ante mortem and post mortem inspection before and after slaughtering process to ensure that the meat of the animal is fit for human consumption and that the meat being obtained from the animals conforms to the required standard. The proper and frequent calibration of tools is being applied to make sure that the apparatus being used for the manufacturing of processed meat are completely & precisely functioning to their utmost potency.
